Psalm 62:5-8, NIV, “Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.”

Dear God, you are our shelter. We find rest in you. Thank you for never leaving our side and always looking after us even if at times we forget to call upon you and fail to remember that you are our one true God. Thank you for your patience and mercy as you continue to shower blessings upon your people, despite the evilness we have committed over and over again. Grant us your everlasting peace and may we enlightened how to put such peace into good use to impart goodness upon all your creation here on earth. Steer us to a path where everything that we will do be done with love and passion. Protect us Oh Lord as we strive to fulfill your covenant. Thereafter, in the end, we will rejoice in your glory and holy presence. Amen.

And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.” Dear God, Almighty Father, thank you for touching our hearts of your fatherly love. May you grant us that grace so that we may be worthy as your sons and daughters. Oh, how great it is to be carried by you in your arms as we rest our burdens on your shoulders. How great it is to sit on your lap as you listen to every word our hearts say. Being recognized as your child alone is the greatest honor every creation of yours can have. To guide and enlighten our paths as we walk this earth toward your Kingdom in heaven. To uncover the greatness of your power before our mortal eyes. You are our King and our God. Let your holy infiniteness reign in every heart of your people since your ways and thoughts are higher than ours. Our King and our God, send your Holy Spirit so that we may see our own weakness and help us put them into prayers. We lift our hands and yearning hearts to you, Father, we ask for your blessing through your Holy Spirit and your son Jesus Christ. Amen.
