Ephesians 5:25-27, NIV, “Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.”

Dear God, we thank you for saving and cleansing us from our sins through your beloved Son Jesus Christ. We come to you for help, wash away our sins that we may be born again renewed and become better disciples of your word. Take away all the pain, grudge, anger, jealousy, envy that we may feel towards others. That we may always forgive those who have wronged us, open-heartedly ask forgiveness for those we have caused pain, and show genuine reverence to our neighbors. Deliver us from all evil and help us resist all earthly desires. This way, we will come pure and unstained, full of your glory, fulfilled your promises, worthy of your kingdom and your love for the time to come. Look down upon us Oh Lord, grant us your everlasting peace. Amen

We may truly see through His pain and fully turn against the devil. Thank you Lord for sending down your beloved son to cleanse us through his blood. We may come to live a life where all the things we do and the words we speak is to glorify your name. Strengthen us to always identify and follow a good path, then ignore and resist the bad path. Give us courage and strong will as well to carry our own cross as we take a rocky, difficult and dark road — let us see you. Thereafter, we will walk with Jesus and together we will proclaim your greatness to the whole of the earth. We will all come to you renewed, born again through yo...
