1 John 3:1, NIV, “How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.”

Dear God, ultimate source of love. Thank you for you bestowed upon us immeasurable rights as your children. Thank you Oh God for you never fail to show unto us your greatness which could be seen anywhere we look and could be felt always within us as we take a moment in your presence. Thank you for the gift of life and the freewill to praise and worship you. Though sometimes we may lost in our way and stumble down, may we remember and call upon your name. May we remember that you are our one true God, our creator. Please give us a patient, faithful, forgiving and loving heart so that we may walk this earth with so much hope and overcome even the biggest waves. Protect us Oh Lord from all evil especially those who are caught in between wars. Shed us some light to see clearly you divine plans for each one of us. You are our King, you are our God, you are our greatest joy. Let your work endures forever and ever. Amen.

Romans 8:14-16, NIV, “For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.” Dear God, Almighty Father, thank you for touching our hearts of your fatherly love. May you grant us that grace so that we may be worthy as your sons and daughters. Oh, how great it is to be carried by you in your arms as we rest our burdens on your shoulders. How great it is to sit on your lap as you listen to every word our hearts say. Being recognized as your child alone is the greatest honor every creation of yours can have. It also brings immeasurable joy in our hearts. Guide us always Lord to follow the flock you’re leading. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.” Dear God, let your Holy Spirit descend upon us all and over the whole world. To guide and enlighten our paths as we walk this earth toward your Kingdom in heaven. To uncover the greatness of your power before our mortal eyes. You are our King and our God. Let your holy infiniteness reign in every heart of your people since your ways and thoughts are higher than ours. Our King and our God, send your Holy Spirit so that we may see our own weakness and help us put them into prayers.
