Isaiah 57:15, NIV, “For this is what the high and exalted One says – he who lives forever, whose name is holy: “I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.”
Dear God, thank you for working your ways into our hearts, especially in times of need and misery. Thank you for you never fail to show compassion to the weak and the lowly. Lord, you are our strength and hope. May you let us find strength in every weakness and hope in every suffering. Renew us to become better disciples of you. Shower upon us your wisdom so that we may clearly spread the good news through your holy words. May we live more like your son Jesus Christ, that we may always and unconditionally, show love and care for others as well. May we become instruments of your love and healing power. May we become better servants who serve and glorify Your Holy Name forever and ever. Amen.
