Matthew 5:14-16, NIV, “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.”

Dear God, you are the light in my path and the lamp upon my feet, the light of the world. May I will never walk in darkness but only a road full of your light and love. Let your everlasting light always shine upon us your people who comes to you for help and guidance. May your guiding light enlighten us of your divine will as we tread this world of temptations, pains, and struggles. May you become our watching tower so that we may not lost as we sail this cruel sea towards you Kingdom. May your light renew our spirit, our strength, our whole being so that we may be worthy of your blessing and gift of eternal life. May your light replenish the goodness in us so that we may live with a grateful, loving, forgiving, and patient heart. Thank you Oh God for being our everlasting light. May your Holy Spirit be always with us. Amen.

Romans 8:14-16, NIV, “For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.” Dear God, Almighty Father, thank you for touching our hearts of your fatherly love. May you grant us that grace so that we may be worthy as your sons and daughters. Oh, how great it is to be carried by you in your arms as we rest our burdens on your shoulders. How great it is to sit on your lap as you listen to every word our hearts say. Being recognized as your child alone is the greatest honor every creation of yours can have. Romans 8:26, NIV, “In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.” Dear God, let your Holy Spirit descend upon us all and over the whole world. To guide and enlighten our paths as we walk this earth toward your Kingdom in heaven. To uncover the greatness of your power before our mortal eyes. You are our King and our God. Let your holy infiniteness reign in every heart of your people since your ways and thoughts are higher than ours. Our King and our God, send your Holy Spirit so that we may see our own weakness and help us put them into prayers. We lift our hands and yearning hearts to you, Father, we ask for your blessing through your Holy Spirit and your son Jesus Christ. Amen.
