TUESDAY, APRIL 17, 2018

Hebrews 4:9-11, NIV, “There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience.”

Dear God, we find rest in you. Thank you for giving us your everlasting peace and love. Thank you for everything that you have given and done for all of us even though at times we may disobey your words and commandments. Show us the way to enter that resting place you have promised us. Let us live in you Lord, so that you may also live within each one of us and that we will walk in faith and confidence bearing your blessing anytime, anywhere, anyhow. Because I am yours, all of me. Let us serve you with all that we have and all that we can until the end of our days here on earth and as we enter your Sabbath. We believe in your greatness Oh God, and in you alone, we will forever live. Amen.
